I would be proud to commission any type of art you have in mind. I do art from around the globe and in many different settings and environments. Once you commission a piece of artwork, I will personally meet with you to discuss your idea and vision for your piece. During the consultation, we will go over every detail of your vision including colors, style, etc. Once both parties have agreed on the works, a contract will be signed by both parties. If the commission piece is a portrait, a sketch will be made as well as a sample of skin tones so that I can have these as reference. In some instances, a professional photo shoot will be required and provided. In other instances, I may have you do a sitting which can last 1-2 hours so I can sketch the layout for a proof read. After the initial consultation, I will send you a small sample of the work within 2 weeks to get the final approval. Over the course of the commission, I will keep in constant communication with you and update you as the piece progresses. Please note the length of time to finish a commissioned piece varies on the size and style of painting. portraits, undoubtedly require a lengthy amount of time.

 

I require 20% down payment on all commission artwork. All traveling expenses will be paid by the client. Halfway through your commission piece and once you have approved the artwork to that point I require 30% more towards the agreed upon price. Once the artwork is complete, it will be available for showing and the balance must be paid. If shipping is required, we will have the art piece securely packaged and shipped to your location. The client is responsible for all shipping costs. If a frame has been chosen for your artwork, we will frame the painting before we ship it so that it will be ready to be hung upon arrival and enjoyed for centuries to come.
